she's there to help protect the kids. kudos to the kid that had the smarts to record and post this. nobody would probably have believed it. i don't think you should have to be a strong burly man to have the job she has. she's a bus monitor not a law enforcement officer or a body guard. i don't know what she could have done to stop those kids. she asked them to stop (or something like that) that should have been enough. should a bus monitor have to carry a gun to be respected? a man could have been bullied the very same way. the whole point of bullying is that people pick on those they feel are defenseless. this woman shouldn't have been denied the ability to have a bus monitor job because of kids being totally disrespectful and out of line.
