I'm doing a cleanse for the first time – Brenda Watson's Flush & Be Fit
, to be precise. It's a two week program and I'm on day 5. I'm making sure to get a lot of fiber in my diet and I'm taking flaxseed oil as well. All seems well, no drastic changes, although I have been eliminating better. I've thought of doing a saltwater cleanse sometime... I dunno.
I've also been eating better this week, purchasing organic stuff,... sprouted grain bread, raw honey...
I'd like to jump start a healthier time in my life! Any tips?
