Default Update

This salon sent an email asking about my experience. I responded honestly. One owner called me and left a very nice message apologizing for my disappointment
and offering her services for free. I did not have time to call her back before I got an email from the other owner who told me they had refunded all my money and would love for me to come in and let them make it right. Really this is the best customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. I may decide to let the owner give it a shot.
