I know how depressing it is when you look worse going out than you did going in. That was excellent customer service though... The refund would definitely help me to deal with the cut a little better, at least. I think you should let the owner try to fix your hair, since they would be more experienced than the first stylist hopefully they would be able to fix it. And for a $120 cut, I would definitely have expected someone to know how to cut it correctly!
