Mentally ill people may look older sooner because of the drugs they're given. Or because they tend to forgo proper grooming.

If she was 38, it might be different.

The pattern of her aging seems different than others I've seen with fleshier faces. Like everything's coming down the sides. Besides, my family is full of fleshy-faced people, and my older relatives (one over 100) all look way younger than they are. I'd send you a photo if I didn't know that was a crazy thing to do.
