i've lost 13 lbs since i started logging in mid-feb. i've logged almost 140 days straight. i feel like by now i should have reached my goal which was 26 or 28 lbs. for the last month i haven't lost anything and it's actually gone up 2-4 lbs factoring in the water weight. i want it to permanently shift down and stay there.
