So....I placed an order w/ 3S
on May 23rd
during their 25% off sale and paid in full via paypal the same day.
I was told they did not have the 6oz container of the product I wanted so she'd send me either two 3oz containers or wait until the following week (May 29th or so) when the new shipment arrived with the 6oz jars. Fine. No problem.
Okay, I put a 'hold order' on my residential mail to be accumulated at the post office while on vacation from June 6 to June 12, returned home and still no product.
I sent an email June 12
inquiring about my order status and received a reply with a detectable tone about how she told me the order would be delayed however she did not realize how long
Uh, it's called communication.....notify your customer the order would take longer than expected or just send the two smaller jars!
I just received my two small jars a few days ago.....almost a month later! And most likely wouldn't have gotten it if I hadn't emailed 3S. I was just about to request a refund too.
Janky! Wish I'd done some research or read thru some previous posts regarding this company.....lesson learned.
Okay my rant is over........
