Already posted in another forum, but thought I'd give this one a try too.

I'm in need of a good PT.

I was actually thinking of food that are high protein that might be hair friendly. I was considering doing a honey and banana recipe with some oil too, but then I thought of using actual peanut-butter. I know it's HIGH in protein, and I'm thinking it would be a bugger to get washed out, but would it be worth the try? Has anyone doen this before?

I was thinking of going through with it this evening, possibly mixing in some honey, and olive oil too to give it more liquid like texture.

Thoughts? Warnings? Do I sound crazy?
