i'm familiar with this concept but have never consciously done it. granted i don't always stay at my calories for the day so i probably have staggered but not in a healthy, organized way. i'll look into that for sure.
also, thanks for all the other comments and feedback. i burned over 1000 calories this morning by doing a short core workout, teaching a 60 min cycle class then doing 40 mins of zumba. i'm actually very sleepy so going to lay down but hopefully i can get past this plateau.
