I "rescued" a bougainvillea from Walmart a few years ago. It was marked down to $1 or something silly, so I bought it on a whim. It became the most beautiful plant and the only one I really baby in the winter. This year was hard, but it started looking better in the spring. I moved it out too early though and it got hit by a late frost. I thought it was done, but has just starting going nuts in the last few weeks. So happy...it's my most favorite
