I try not to work out before bed! I usually try to have at least 4 hours between when I finish my workout and when I go to bed.

I used to work out twice and day and during that time I had awesome results. It can't hurt, in my opinion. I never did any high intensity stuff during that time, just low to medium intensity walks or jogs around my neighborhood. It made me have to take multiple showers a day too...but I didn't mind.
