My friends mom has psoriasis too and she uses Shea moisture. Not sure which line, but I guess you could start there. They sell it at Walgreens and target. There are a couple different lines, so maybe you could google it and see which one has the products you need/don't need. Their website is down because they're redoing it, they do have a Facebook page as well.
