I got myself spayed in my twenties and it was one of the best things I ever did for myself.
Outpatient surgery, home in a couple hours, back to work the next day, teeny tiny scar.
And a lifetime of being in control of my own body and never having to worry about pregnancy or the side effects of some birth control methods.
Not sure why anyone is having side effects with a tubal. You still lay eggs, you still have periods, you still have hormonal changes, same as you ever did. I haven't had any side effects in 30+ years. Any changes in my periods have been from age, not my tubal.
