i was reading some health blogs when i stumbled on a discussion about the differences between folate
and folic acid
and the importance of taking folate NOT folic acid.
1 - i never knew this distinction
2 - it seems like folic acid is actually harmful
3 - what's you girls take on this?

on the topic. i was bummed to see that my multi and b-complex contain folic acid but new chapter
(another brand that i like and trust) contains folate instead of folic acid. not sure if i should urgently switch or if it's a big deal to finish out the 30 or so days i have on my multi.
