I think the terms 'cleanse' and 'detox' have definitely been misused in many cases. I don't see anything scammy about the types of detoxes I do. They make me feel great and remind me how much better real, whole food is than processed food.
Kind of similar to the cabbage soup diet, minus the soup. Only that one goes for 7 days, and by day 5 I'm going a little crazy.
