SC, losing weight for me is VERY hard. I would be happy with a 10 lb weight loss. I drastically cut my food intake, exercise, drink water, I get nothing. Its very difficult to motivate under these conditions. I know I've been sticking to working out for 2 weeks, but then I feel bloated and its like, how is this possible.
I never drink soda, never eat fast food, I don't eat fried food, or chips, etc. Its very frustrating. I understand.
