Day 16...taking a rest day from exercising but still cleansing and doing a lot of school work... I will be back at the gym tomorrow tho.
I did weigh in/measure today. I'm down 2more pounds and lost btwn a half inch to an inch everywhere (arms, calf, waist & thigh) except my hips (which stayed the same) so again I'm content and will continue pushing on
