I just bought the DVD last night and started it today. Level 1 wasn't bad. I read on amazon that people are suggesting you measure yourself before and at the end instead of relying on the scale. Since you will be adding muscle, the scale won't show your results as well. I have been trying to do 30 minutes on the rowing machine 4 days a week as well as weight training. I still have energy and feel like I should head to the gym to get that in as well. I am seeing changes in my body since starting the rower.
