Seriously, I'd like to help if I can. Now that we have some background, would you mind asking exactly what you need to know? Also, if you are not temping in office work, I probably won't have any answers for you so bear that in mind.
However, I can say that from what I know, people do get raises from temp agencies, but it's usually very little and only if you fight for it.
Are you asking whether continuing to work for a temp agency will hinder your prospects for permanent work?
