I'd apply lengthening first. Volumizing formulas tend to be thicker and therefore it would be more difficult to apply another mascara on top of it IMO. At least that's my thinking anyway. But hey try the other way around and see...

Thanks - I was sort of leaning toward that but I had no reasoning behind it.
