I did it today, still at level 1 which who knows if I'll ever get past that only doing it twice a week.

I'm ok with that though.
SC, so glad to hear you've been able to figure out why you were at a standstill and see some results!! And amen for not starving now!

A few years ago when we started counting calories I was miserable. It was a good experience because it made me more aware of what I was eating, but I felt hungry all the damn time and when I'd cook a meal and have to figure the calories for each ingredient then break it down to serving size....oh. my. heck. I hated it. It made cooking not so fun, which I normally love.
