I rotate in some cone products and have been putting together some comparisons, but never used these products (well, I used the Sculpting Foam in HS, but that was decades ago).
What I can suggest are my favorite CG LI and mousse. I am absolutely loving As I Am Leave-In (at Sally's). It leaves my hair almost as soft and tangle-free as my cone-filled LI that I keep on hand.
As far as mousse, I love TIGI Curlesque Strong Mousse (make sure you get Strong Mousse- the Lightweight Mousse looks the same and is not CG). I find it gives me great definition and hold. I don't even need to use with gel if I layer it (apply some, scrunch/plop, apply a little more, diffuse 40%, add a little more, finish diffusing). When I use the As I Am Leave-In with this, I get defined curls that are still very soft to the touch.
