Is it the Ecostyler Grip? That's what the bottle sounds like. I had ordered some online because I couldn't find the ingredients list anywhere. It worked the same as any Ecostyler for me: really no hold at all. I believe the ingredients were the same as Ecostyler though so if you can find it for .99 snatch it up.
