I made sure I did it the whole first week. Even on days 2 and 3 when I was so sore I could barely walk. I figure if I could make it through that, I better be able to make it through the rest!
At least I'm making it through. Some parts I stick with the low impact. When she does those pendulum lunges, I can not. I do squats with arm raises. But I at least keep going.
