Girl apprently it is. I just don't get whats so hard to understand.

I can go to the store and buy eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and make a cake and sell it at "Cakes by NCC" because these things are sold as ingredients and are sold for the purpose of cooking or doing whatever the hell you like. No one company owns a trade mark on "flour" "milk" "eggs" and the like. That's why you can buy literally HUNDREDS of different brands of these items.

Now what I can't do is go buy 100 frozen Sara Lee cakes, thaw them suckers out, put em in a new box and then sell them at "Cakes by NCC" with my own label. Sara Lee owns the exclusive rights to market and sell those cakes and if I repackage them with a different label I am breaking SEVERAL laws.
