Oh yes. Like she says, by day 5, 6, 7, you can really see an improvement on your endurance. It never gets 'easy' cause its a good workout, but it gets easier to make it through.
You do end up enjoying the challenge rather than feeling tortured. I did level 1 for a full 2 weeks. Every day. ( I may have skipped one day that I went kayaking.) I've done 4 days of level 2. I definitely notice a difference in my body. It is toning up. I don't think anyone else will be able to tell yet, but I can!
That's enough reason for me to stick with it.
