I just really had no clue that I am that weak. Jillian brought me back to reality that's for sure! Are you seeing improvement with the ease and number you are able to do?

Great job on pushing through it. I'm going to remember you on the day I feel like slacling off!
Oh yes. Like she says, by day 5, 6, 7, you can really see an improvement on your endurance. It never gets 'easy' cause its a good workout, but it gets easier to make it through.
You do end up enjoying the challenge rather than feeling tortured. I did level 1 for a full 2 weeks. Every day. ( I may have skipped one day that I went kayaking.) I've done 4 days of level 2. I definitely notice a difference in my body. It is toning up. I don't think anyone else will be able to tell yet, but I can!

That's enough reason for me to stick with it.

Its only 20 minutes...its only 20 minutes...
