I think your hair already looks great, but you most likely continue to see your hair change (just look at my fokti in my signature, you can see the difference over six months). Also, you won't be laughed out of the chair if you go for a curly cut; I had that fear when I went to get a Devacut last month, but I can tell you it made the biggest difference and there was no laughing involved
