Day 2 of the 30DS complete! Level 1 again.
Today my arms were pretty sore. I wanted to push through it but I ended up taking a pain pill. I couldn't take it anymore!
Since I already knew what the exercises were going to be I was able to pay more attention to my form. I'm having a lot of trouble keeping my knees from going over my toes.
28 days to go! I can do this!
