Day 23...I overslept again so I was a little upset that I didn't get in as much time as I wanted in the gym but I still got in an hr of cardio and some 'me time' while my child was at the daycare before they closed so it all worked out

I'm still cleansing, I weighed in and measured today as well. I'm down 3more pounds and lost another half inch off of my calf.
