Just remember that PEG and PPG solicones are water soluble- I believe that's what's in the CC spray gel, as well as a few of the mousses people usually talk about.
As far as sulfate free stuff, the new Renpure formulas(Keratin or Argan Oil) are sulfate free, contain coco betaine and don't feel drying like some sulfrate-free shampoos can.
