Days 24 & 25...yesterday I did not work out or cleanse...I actually had an unplanned 'cheat day' (icecream & cheesesteak lol) and I still ended up losing a pound. However today I am cleansing and went to the gym and did an hr of cardio so I'll see what the scale and my measurements say in the am!
