All right, I'm going to join you shredding ladies, starting this evening.
I did the 30-Day Shred to help lose weight after my 2nd child was born, and it was quite effective. The past year or so though, my weight has slowly been creeping back up, and I don't like it. I've been bicycling and lifting weights pretty consistently, but I clearly need to turn things up a notch. I'd been running quite a bit last fall, but I had an injury and got completely out of the habit. I'm hoping to get back into that too, at least one day a week.
I also need to get a better handle on my food intake. Ice cream, salty snacks, and wine have been my downfall. I am definitely not too low on calories.
