Well today I did what I usually do when I start to feel like giving up on a workout - I take it up a notch!

I started level 3 today.

Although I don't look like I've been doing this for almost a month! I wasn't really doing well w 2, so maybe ill do an extra week of 3.

Anyway, I liked it better than 2. 2's moves were hard for me.

I started this on June 13th. I've proud of how I've stuck with it, and I do feel stronger. I'm going to have to give in and start running with my man soon.
