Who else is on Week 2? Doesn't the excerises seem ackward. I didn't really sweat cause I was to focues on completing the moves right.
Today was weigh in. I lost about 1 pound but I feel like I am getting toner. It's discourging. My goal is 125 by 8/18 but it doesn't seem like I'll be meeting it. Maybe I'll change my goal to 130. It's a weak move tho.
