This is the same problem I had last weekend. I limited protein this week and it helped. The first two days after the PT I didn't use RO and I haven't used LI all week either (sometimes my hair looks like that when I over condition, too). After a week my hair is feeling dry but my curl pattern is a bit stronger. I tried a RO with protein today and I'm limp again. My plan is to focus on moisture for now then try different protein.

I wish I knew the actual solution to this
