Hmmm...I don't use this regularly myself as I'm staying away from glycerin, but based on other reviews I would guess medium hold (more than just a LI but less than a gel). It's supposed to be very moisturizing and give shiny, defined curls. Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for.
