Before hand, I did my lo-poo. Afterwards I left some of my Sauce condish in for like 5min and rinsed. Maybe I should have done more of a DT? I have coconut oil and my hair likes it.....how do I DT with it?
I just found a thread talking about how to tell if your hair needs protein, so I am going to try the stretch test today. My curl pattern does look pretty good right after the shower....then droops as the day goes on with it w/o product.
