Unfortunately I don't have pics because I wasn't expecting the change to be so drastic.

I am a (white) mother to two biracial girls. When my oldest was a baby I did try co-washing for awhile but her hair seemed nicer when I shampooed so I stopped. Recently (my oldest is 4 & youngest is 2) I realized how dry their hair felt & looked into the Curly Girl method again. After just 1 CG wash, my oldest's hair went from being maybe 2B to 3A/B. It's so pretty now! My youngest is 3C & its still quite short (maybe 6" stretched) but her hair looks so much nicer, w/a lot less frizz.
I still have a lot to figure out but I'm planning to do mostly CG with occasional gentle shampooing.

Products I'm using so far:
Suave coconut cowash for both
Tresemme Naturals Nourishing conditioner for both
Garnier Sleek & Shine leave-in for both
Garnier Curl Sculpting Cream Gel for 3C
La Bella gel for 3A/B (going to look for the pink curl one)

I still need to find a gentle SLS-free shampoo and figure out the best method for deep conditioning (thinking of trying coconut oil). I am a total product junkie so I'm sure I will be changing what I use on them before too long.
