Today I did walk for 5 min, run for 5 min, I intervals on the treadmill for 30 min total.

Whew. I forgot how rough that was.

Are you all familiar with Hal Higdon's 30-30 plan? It's a slow ease into running. Depending on how you do it, it may be slower than C25K.
