I'm starting to notice that working out in the evening is keeping me up late at night. I don't have the energy to work out right when I get home, I need a lil chill time before I get my workout started.

Is there anyway to combat this?

Just force yourself to do it when you come home? The sooner you do it, the sooner its over. And you can wind down after w/o the interruption of having to work out.

Plenty of people go straight to the gym after work.
