I love these! You can eat them pretty much any way you want. They are small and tasteless with lots of crunch factor. So far I add them to salads, oatmeal and yogurt. A friend of mine drinks them in her water. You can add them to veggie or fruit smoothies as well. People even bake with them. The sky's the limit.
