No, I haven't. I did a few days of level 3, and the jumps were too high intending my back. Having a bad back, I get scared quick when my back starts hurting. I waited a week before I started on the treadmill.
I've been doing the 5 min walk/5 min run interval for 40 minutes daily (minus yesterday).
