Level 2 sucks. The moves just don't flow. I mover onto level 3 sooner BC I knew I was losing motivation. Plus, the 3rd week of any exercise program is my hardest to stick with.
I only did level 2 for a little more than a week. Level 3 is faster, much more cardio but I still found it easier.
Hang in there! Don't give up! You can power through for 20 minutes! Think of how much you accomplish for doing something so tough on you!
