Is this CG?

Water, peg-40, hydrogenated castor oil, ppg-5-ceteth-20, steareth-20, propylene goycol, glycerine, CEA-Oleth-3, phosphate, C12-15, alkyl benzoate, octyldodecyl, neopentonate, hydrolyzed wheat protein, hydrolyzed wheat starch, mica, phenoxyethnol, disodium EDTA, ethylparaben, methylparaben, titanium dioxide (CI 77891), FD&C blue No 1 (CI42090), DC Red No 33 (CI17200) and fragrance.

I'm new at this, is this CG?

Molly
The castor oil would make it not CG.
CG-modified since 4/05
2b/3a and 3b on occasion!
Products: The hair aisle in my own cabinets.
Best definition winner: KCCC
Best volume winner: LOOB
I believe that PEG-40 went with the castor oil which makes it water soluble, therefore qualifies as CG, but way too many inorganic chemicals for my taste, on CG we should really strive to treat our hair like a fine fiber as Lorraine Massey says.

Btw, is this a hair cream or a conditioner?
