Should I cleanse...

It just occurred to me:

Since I've been trying so many products lately, should I cleanse regardless once a month as I once used to before CG?

Before CG (not too long ago at all) I used to cleanse once a month, it was like a wake up call to my hair and stripped it of all it's build-ups.

Now, I don't know if I should do that. I am using lots of CG products with the exception of some that contain amodimethicone like the leave-in conditioner and occasionally I like to try out diff. products to then realize it contains that "water-soluble" ingredient.

PS-I use LOWPOO/DevaCare+OneC both every other day, is that cleansing enough?

Low poos remove at least some silicones. They just aren't as efficient as sulfates. This chart list which cleansers remove which silicones.

Cocamidopropyl betaine removes every kind of cone.

If the only cone you are using is the a-cone and you low poo, you should be fine. If you do notice build up, you can always use a sulfate shampoo if you think you need one.
