Default A few questions

Ok so yesterday I tried something new. I deep conditioned my hair and cowashed. After I got out of the shower, I put baby oil and conditioner in my hair. Today my hair looks amazing but I'm not sure if it's curly girl. Is it all right for me to put it in my hair? Can I wash it off with no problem?? Also the top of my hair was pretty frizzy so if I add gel, will that help? I'm fairly new at this so I have a bunch of questions.

I don't know about curly girl but I'm a curly dude and we're not supposed to use ingredients that end in:

-ANE
-CONE
-FATE (SULFATES)

But if you do just make sure to shampoo with Clarifying shampoo no more than 2 times a month and condition only the rest of the time.

Baby oil is mineral oil. For some (like me) mineral oil makes hair oily and weighed down and is hard to remove. For others it is just fine. So, if it works for you, I say go for it.

I did a little research and apparently you need sulfates to remove mineral oil, so that's a no. So, I had to start all over again.

Mineral oil is in several PTs that are considered CG. It is in aphogee 2 step and Joiko K-pac. I know there are people here who are CG and use and love these treatments. Mineral oil can be a problem for some people and some people find it hard to remove. But for many people it is just fine. I'm 99% sure that you do not need sulfates to remove mineral oil.
