I think so. I occasionally have an off day, or a day where I'm amazed at my hair, but overall I know what my hair is going to look like now. I've been CG for about 7 months. Timeline photo attached...

Definitely yes. I'm almost at 100 days full CG, and 5 months since I first went mod-CG, and my pattern is definitely more consistent. Here is a timeline I made last month.

med-coarse texture/med density/low porosity
(2c/3a)
Clarifying: TJ TTT shampoo
Cowash: VO5 clarifying kiwi lime, Suave daily clarifying
RO: SN or Tresemme naturals, TJ TTT
LI: SN or VO5
Styling: Gels - HESMU, AAV; John Frieda & HETT mousse; TIGI Curl Booster, FX Curl Booster * Fan of plopping & diffusing

bluebonnet (on of my favorite flowers. ) I really really hope my waves make as much progress as yours. I'm in love with your hair.

19 days in. My shampoo has a water soluble cone in it, but other than that I haven't found any sulfates or cones in any of my products. when this bottle runs out i'm going for the SM moisture retention low poo.

  • normal elasticity on top, none on the underneath
  • Fine side of Normal
  • Thick hair
  • Poriosity is a mystery. I think its all over the place.
