holy waves, batman!
Wow wow WOW!
What a difference! I recently got some AIA curling jelly, my hair liked it. I had done PT and my hair wasn't a fan. So tried the K-Pac from a recommendation on here. My hair looooooved it!
So here was my hair one week into CG before the first PT
Here was my sad waves after a gelatin PT
Today I no-pooed, used the K-Pac, then used my RO and my LI. I used my AIA and tried the smathers method. My hair is the waviest it has ever been and it has volume! We will see if it lasts the day, but I have night hopes.
Look at those waves!
And here is my side that tends to go straight...

i really want the volume you've got going on up top. My front right always falls flat and strait.

1- Your hair is gorgeous.
2- I had similar results with AIA. That stuff is like curl-nectar of the gods.

This is awesome! I had the same reaction to gelatin protein treatment, so now want to go get both a K Pack and the AIA curling jelly (i think I may have butchered the name). However, I took a no buy pledge, so I'll have to live vicariously through your success for a little while

Perrip--the GVP K-Pak is super cheap. $5 for a bottle which will last for multiple PT.
Day 2 hair was still very wavy. Some frizz from my pillow. But even after having it pulled back and cleaning all day, it still looked pretty darn impressive!
So happy!
