Default Need a recommendation for a sulfate wash shampoo and a RO conditioner...

Just found out (hello, read the labels more closely!) that my "last sulfate wash" shampoo has amodimethicone in it, and that the garnier triple nutrition conditioner I have been using as a RO also has silicone in it.

Anyone have recommendations for a sulfate shampoo to get the silicone out once and for all? And, what is a decent drugstore/target/walmart RO conditioner? Thinking about trying Tresemme naturals.

Help!

I like Garnier Fructis Pure Clean shampoo for my very occasional sulfate shampooing. It's inexpensive, doesn't feel super harsh, and for the very occasional use is fine for me!
I use Tresemme Naturals moisturizing conditioner, and really like it. It has a lot of slip which is good for detangling, and it is still my favorite leave-in conditioner. I think it's a great one to use. If you think you'll need something very moisturizing, you may want to get GVP conditioning balm (Sally's) / Biolage conditioning balm. A lot of people love this. I have the Biolage CB and do love it, but can only use it occasionally b/c it's almost too moisturizing for my fine hair. But another good conditioner to have on hand.
