What am I doing wrong? Tips please for 2b

I have been reading some great advice about what to do with my waves, but I'm not sure how to proceed or what products to try. Frizz is my biggest problem with my hair. It is color treated and after having a baby I had some hair loss and a lot of breakage. I use pantene for curls or garnier fructice to wash and condition and then I'll use a frizz ease serum comb through and use Aveda curl enhancing cream. I like that the cream is lightweight and moisturizing, but I need something with some hold too. So then I use a murray's super light palmade and then scrunch. I try not to poo everyday, but maybe ever other. I do like to get my hair wet/shower daily though because when I sleep on my hair it goes flat and I lose the curl. So please, any tips product recs are welcome. I was thinking about trying out devacurl but then I also heard great things about kinky curly knot today LI. I think I need a good leave in as well as a few other goos products. TIA
The first thing I would do is ditch the sulfates in your shampoos & the silicones in your conditioners & products. The silicones will create the frizz, think of them as plastic melted onto your hair, blocking out moisture & building up.

Then I'd wash one last time with a silicone free shampoo to get your current build up washed out. Then find a good, gentle, low or no sulfate shampoo - one that uses Lauryl or Decyl Glucoside as the cleansing agent is usually pretty gentle. Or consider washing your hair with a lightweight, cone free conditioner.

Then I'd figure out your hair's texture (fine, med, coarse), density (thin, med, dense), & porosity (low, normal, high) & tailor your products to that. Curl pattern has nothing to do with caring for your hair. Once you figure out your properties, look for other users w/similar properties in their sigs & try those products. The General Hair board has great links for newbies with info on figuring out hair properties & where to start. The frizz will improve once you improve the health of your hair.

fine, thin, normal/(low?) porosity. Mod-CG. Usually I can't co-wash more than 1x a week, & sometimes I have to use T-Gel in rotation due to scalp issues.

Co-wash: VO5 Volumizing
Poo: Giovanni 50:50
RO:TN, Nexxus Youth Renewal, Alba Coconut
LI: KCKT
PT: gelatin PT, ION EC
Stylers: Giovanni mousse, TIGI Curls Rock amplifier (a-cone), Curls Rock Strong Hold Mousse
Gels: SCC spray gel

Awesome! How do I figure out hair texture? I keep finding stuff to figure out type on the newbie page and general forum. Wow, there's so much to this curly hair business, lol.
On NC.com there's info on finding your curl type- texture is referred to as width, I believe. Many of us got this info from livecurlylivefree.com, which is another all-around excellent resource. It can definitely seem a bit overwhelming at first, but before you know it, it will feel like second nature.
